The UNFCCC Conference of Parties (CoP) will hold their 26th meeting in Glasgow, Scotland.  The eyes of the worlds will be watching to see what the new and improved commitments to carbon emission reductions will be, if the world’s leaders can agree on the rule book for how the Paris Agreement will be reached.
