Australian Antarctic Research Conference

Connecting Australia’s polar research community in a rapidly changing world
The multi-disciplinary conference will be held at the University of Tasmania (Sandy Bay campus in nipaluna/Hobart) and is sponsored by the Australian Antarctic Program Partnership, the Australian Centre for Excellence in Antarctic Science, Securing Antarctica’s Environmental Future, the Australian Antarctic Division and Australian Academy of Science.
This research conference seeks to cover the full breadth of Antarctic, Southern Ocean and sub-Antarctic research. Contributions are invited from all relevant disciplines, including (but not limited to) glaciology, oceanography, atmospheric science, biology, geophysics, biogeochemistry, human impacts, humanities, law, arts and social sciences, as well as new technologies and their application.
