AMOS ACT: Careers in Weather, Climate and Oceans
06/03/2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Studying (or interested in) the weather, climate or our oceans in Canberra? Want to know where it might lead? The ACT branch of the Australian Meteorological & Oceanographic Society is holding a careers night!
Come and talk to researchers, forecasters, officers of the public service and others about where you might go after you get your degree. Make some friends; we’ll bring the pizza 😉
We’re still finalising the speaker list, but confirmed speakers include:
- Karen Pon (Bureau of Meteorology)
- Andy Hogg (ANU Research School of Earth Sciences)
- Kate Auty (ACT Commissioner of the Environment)
- Steven Crimp (Climate Change Institute)
Find us in Room F.102 (upstairs) in the Forestry Building at ANU.
See you there!
